Corporate Responsibility

At Direct Energy, across our operations we work to embed the principles and practices of sustainability and community into our business processes.

We recognize that there is more to be done in order to:

  • realize economic, environmental and social performance improvements in our business and help foster the same in the communities in which we live and work;
  • strengthen our relationships with our stakeholders and address their concerns; and
  • become more profitable and more competitive.

While we address a number of focus areas, our three signature corporate responsibility focus areas are: climate change and environment, customer service, and vulnerable customers.
