Our Commercial Heating and Cooling Protection Plan is designed for light commercial and multi-unit residential buildings.
The Plan is designed for buildings that commonly have between one and four pieces of heating and cooling equipment. Examples of some business types that we have serviced include restaurants, low-rise apartments, warehouses, retail stores and gas stations. Commercial property owners and managers can also benefit with peace of mind by investing in this Plan. We currently service customers in the greater Calgary region and greater Edmonton region, with broader regional coverage planned for the future.

Coverage
Once enroled, you will receive regularly scheduled maintenance and be protected from labour and replacement costs for most parts within your heating and cooling equipment*
Simply choose the Plan that best suits the equipment needs of your business. The Plan covers roof top units, boilers/furnaces, water heaters, make-up air units, unit heaters and exhaust fans**. Before coverage begins we will perform a pre-enrolment inspection. If your equipment's condition is deemed acceptable, your coverage will commence immediately†.
Priority Business Service
Enroll and you will never have to worry if your heating, cooling or water heater equipment breaks down. You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange for an expert service technician to assist you. You pay no parts costs, no labour fees, no deductible, and no added charges for after-hours service for repairs covered by the Plan*. You pay only the cost of the Plan.
