If your account has an ARP, this name would appear directly below the Primary Customer's name on the bill payment portion of your monthly account statement. An ARP is entitled to: obtain information about the account (including bill payment history and the amount currently owing), make changes to the account and make payments on the account. In addition, the ARP has access to the personal information of the Primary Customer and the account in general.
