- Our Energy Consultants are licensed members of the Canadian Professional Sales Association
- Our Energy Consultants have completed rigorous in-house training and certification
- Each Energy Consultants commits in writing to make sales presentations that are honest, clear and presented without undue pressure
- Each customer who signs an energy contract through an Energy Consultant will be contacted by an independent third party to confirm the sale and quality check the customer’s sales experience
- Direct Energy complies with the Rules for Gas Marketers and the Code of Conduct for Gas Marketers as set out by the British Columbia Utilities Commission
