To become eligible for the DRA’s Electricity Purchasing Program, operators must take the following steps:

  • Become a member in good standing with the association;
  • Sign a supply contract with Direct Energy, the general terms and conditions of which have been approved by the DRA, and return the contract to Direct Energy by the specified expiration period; and
  • Include a copy of the most recent bill for each account applicable to your facility(ies) to be supplied under the contract.
