is presented annually by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Operational Services Division (OSD) and offers Statewide Contractors the opportunity to market to existing and potential customers. The contracts that OSD establishes on behalf of state departments are highlighted at the STAR Exposition. The OSD contracts are available to cities, towns and human and social service providers. Attendees will have opportunities to learn more about commodities and services through educational workshops, special trainings and exhibitor information sessions.
More than 2,000 people attended STAR in 2005 including 295 exhibitors. The exhibitors represented a large number of the Commonwealth's Statewide and Multi-Department Contracts utilized by state departments and eligible entities.
