Eligibility
Our Commercial Protection Plans are designed for small commercial and multi-family buildings.
The plan is designed for buildings that commonly have between one and four pieces of heating and cooling equipment. Examples of some business types that we have helped include restaurants, apartment buildings, warehouses, retail stores and gas stations. Commercial property owners and managers can also benefit from peace of mind by investing in a Protection Plan. We service customers across Ontario but some exceptions may apply.

Coverage
Once enrolled, you will be protected from labour and replacement costs for most parts within your heating and cooling equipment*.
All comprehensive Plans include repair coverage for both parts and labour as well as maintenance service. Simply choose the Plan that matches the equipment needs of your business. The Plan covers boilers/furnaces, water heaters, make-up air units and unit heaters**. Before coverage begins we will perform a pre-enrollment inspection. If your equipment is found to be in acceptable condition, your coverage will become effective immediately†.
Priority Business Service
Enrol and you will never have to worry if your HVAC or water heater equipment breaks down. You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange for an expert service technician to assist you. You pay no parts costs, no labour fees, no deductible and no added charges for after-hours service for repairs covered by the Plan*. You pay only the cost of the Plan.
Savings & Costs
You could potentially save your business hundreds of dollars when you enrol in the Heating and Cooling Protection plan. Exact savings depend on the size of your heating and cooling system.

** Chiller/heat pumps, equipment using conversion burners and the conversion burner itself are not eligible for coverage.
†Pre-existing problems are excluded from coverage. enrollment will follow the successful completion of the pre-enrollment check-up. If your equipment requires repair, completion of this work payable by you is required before Plan coverage will become effective. The enrollment fee is $100 for the first piece of equipment and $25 for each additional piece of equipment per property. If only one piece of equipment is being inspected and is rejected for coverage, a free adjustment and safety check will be provided at that time as part of the pre-enrollment inspection cost.
