Official Rules and Regulations

The Contest begins at 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time on March 12th, 2007 and ends at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on March 30th, 2007 (the "Contest Closing Date"). By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Contest judges, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.

How to Enter:

No Purchase Necessary. All Ontario customers signing up for the Direct Energy Natural Gas Price Protection Plan whose contract with Direct Energy Marketing Limited (“Direct Energy”) is expiring October 31st, 2007 or November 30th, 2007 are automatically eligible to enter. One (1) lucky person will be randomly chosen from all entries received by the Contest Closing Date and will have the opportunity to win a Prize (as described below).

Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.
