This is a general summary only of the Direct Energy Accident Assistance Plan. It is not a contract. Once enrolled, you will receive a Certificate of Insurance from ACE INA Life Insurance outlining all the applicable limitations, conditions and exclusions. All the provisions of the Plan are contained in the Master Group Policy No. TMH600101 issued by ACE INA Life Insurance. Because the Master Group Policy is complete in detail, the final interpretation of any specific provision or claim is governed by it.

This plan provides financial assistance and support to you and your loved ones in the event of an accident. And for a small additional premium, you can also add protection against accidental fractures or coverage for the accidental death of a child.
