Once enrolled, you will receive a Certificate of Insurance from ACE INA Life Insurance outlining all the applicable limitations, conditions, and exclusions. All the provisions of the Direct Energy Payment Protection Plan are contained in Master Group Policy No. TMH 600102 issued by ACE INA Life Insurance. Because the Master Group Policy is complete in detail, the final interpretation of any specific provision or claim is governed by it.
