Through Direct Energy's Financing Program**, you can make your dream home a reality – today. Simply call us at 1-800-266-3939 and arrange for one of our licensed specialists to assist you with your home improvement or heating and cooling needs.
When you make your purchase, tell our representative that you would like to pay "the Direct Way". Then, all you need to do is supply us with some additional information. You’ll receive an immediate credit decision* and if your credit is approved your purchase can be added to your Enbridge Gas Distribution bill (or you will be billed directly by Direct Energy if Enbridge Gas Distribution is not your current supplier)**. It’s that easy!

For added peace of mind on your financed purchase, you can also enrol in the Direct Energy Home Services Payment Protection Plan.*** This plan provides payment of your monthly installments in the event of a temporary disability or involuntary loss of employment for up to six months, or the entire remaining financed balance in the event of death or permanent disability. The type and length of financing plans and payment options vary. Principal repayments, together with interest and an administrative charge, will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the “Agreement to buy products and services” that must be signed by you prior to purchase. Your financing charges will be billed in the Direct Energy section of your Enbridge Gas Distribution bill if Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. is your supplier of natural gas as of the date you sign the Agreement, otherwise, you will receive a bill from Direct Energy Marketing Limited. If your credit is not approved, you must pay the purchase price at the time of purchase.
Customers in Alberta will be required to provide payments via a pre-authorized method that will be detailed at the time of sale.
