Direct Care for Service, Reliability and Quality

Our Direct Care program is designed to provide you with a friendly and informative introduction to Direct Energy. This program begins once you sign your contract and continues until you receive your first bill.

You will receive a call from your Customer Care Specialist who will verify your billing information, identify any specific needs you have and give you a detailed explanation of the switching process.

A few weeks later we will call to let you know that you will soon receive your first Direct Energy bill. At this point our Direct Care program will provide you with ongoing service. Our Customer Care Specialists will always be available for any questions or issues that you may have regarding your account.
