For those of you who don’t know, Wednesday, November 6th is the American Heart Association’s National Eating Healthy Day. It’s a day designated to encourage American’s to make healthier food choices to start living a healthier life.

According to the American Heart Association’s website, “[s]tatistics show that one in two men and one in three women are at risk for heart disease, and research shows that poor lifestyle is a major contributor.” Take this day to learn how to embrace a healthier lifestyle so you can live a longer and better quality life.
