As part of the Smart Grid movement, U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced that more than five million smart meters have been installed nationwide. Considering all the potential benefits of the Smart Grid, what policies are needed to help it succeed? Check out this new report developed by a special White House subcommittee, operating under the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).
