Recently, my sister's furnace had to be replaced. Al Crost came to give her a quote on a new one. I was there at the time, and wanted to tell you of the experience.

He was professional, and not once did we feel pressured. He answered all our questions, showing patience and expertise. Since an energy audit had to be done, he offered to do it the next day. Once again he explained all the steps involved and answered all the questions. He was also kind enough to register her right then and there for the government grant program.

I just wanted you to know that Direct Energy is very lucky to have such an employee of this caliber.
