I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the great experience I recently had with your company. Dean Dick, one of your consultants came to visit me to discuss changing my air conditioner to a more efficient model. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with my husband and I as he took time to explain all the details and show us our different options over some tea and cookies. Although we know you were not the least expensive company and we were certainly in no hurry to buy an air conditioner in February, Dean earned our trust and we purchased an air conditioner from your company. Dean walked us through what to expect on the day of the installation and he came back on that day to make sure everything was OK. The installers, Al and Corey were excellent as well. They were very neat and considerate and really seemed to enjoy their job! It was a pleasure to have all of them in our home. Please pass this note of appreciation on to the proper people in your company and tell them to keep on hiring great people in your organization like Dean, Al and Corey!...Dean said that you strived to be simple, friendly and direct and that was certainly true in our experience...Please keep up the great work!
