How does someone qualify for Refer-A-Friend?
Qualified Referral must satisfy all Direct Energy enrollment requirements including:
- Enroll with Direct Energy and provide your valid Referral ID in the Referral ID field within the online enrollment or advising the Call Center agent of your Referral ID when enrolling over the phone.
- Remain a Direct Energy customer for at least 90 consecutive days and make three consecutive in-full and on-time bill payments.
