How does someone qualify for Refer-A-Friend?
Qualified Referral must satisfy all Direct Energy enrollment requirements including:
- Enroll with Direct Energy and provide a valid Referral ID in the Referral ID field within the online enrollment or advising the Call Center agent of the Referral ID when enrolling over the phone.
- Remain a Direct Energy customer for at least 30 consecutive days and make their first bill payment in full and on time.
