What happens to automatic payments (Autopay) that I've set up?

Your existing automatic payments (Autopay) service with Direct Energy Business will automatically transfer. Direct Energy Business will deduct your last payment via the credit/debit card or bank draft you have on file for Autopay. All subsequent payments will be deducted by Direct Energy LP. Additional information about Direct Energy Autopay can be obtained by calling Direct Energy at 1-833-480-7834 or visiting https://www.directenergy.com/texas/pay-bill. No action will be required from you to pay your final bill with Direct Energy Business or your ongoing bills with Direct Energy LP.
