This change will go into effect by June 15, 2016. Please note, any customer account with a pending block request at the time of the transition will be reassigned to the utility provider. To remove an existing block on your account, please contact your utility provider prior to June 20, 2016, in order to have your account successfully transitioned to Direct Energy. After July 1, 2016, any account not yet transitioned to Direct Energy will be reassigned to the utility provider.
