I enrolled in a Membership Plan but do not want to pay the fee. What do I do now?

If you enrolled in a Membership Plan with Direct Energy, but you do not want to pay the membership fee, you do not need to do anything. You can remain on the Membership Plan product, but you will pay the base rate and will not be provided the membership benefits like the electricity rate discount, gift card, and special offers. If you want to choose another plan, you will need call Customer Service at 1-855-461-1926 to discuss your plan options.
