I currently receive my bills from Direct Energy Business via email. Will that continue?
Yes. Direct Energy Business will transfer your preferred billing method (eBill notification and/or paper billing) with your account information to Direct Energy LP. Once you receive your account number from Direct Energy LP and set up your online account management access, you can change your billing preference at any time. You will receive your first bill by mail (even if you are paperless) within 45 days after the account transitions.
