When will my service begin with Direct Energy LP, and when can I expect my first bill?
Direct Energy Business accounts will transfer to Direct Energy LP in April 2022. You will receive a letter in the mail notifying you that your service has started with Direct Energy LP. You will receive your first bill by mail (even if you are paperless) within 45 days after the account transitions.Want to contact a customer care representative?
