Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer service failure I didn’t get credit for a referral. So I didn’t get my $50 gift card. That is upsetting. Also they didn’t offer me the hive smart home pack but a referred friend got it free. They wanted me to pay more per kWh then someone else who got the offer. How is that fair??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST 1 1/2 YEAR PLAN ON THE MARKET MY PLAN STARTED IN APRIL. SO FAR SO GOOD. PLAN PRICE, TERM AND NO PENALTY FOR EARLY TERMINATION WAS BEST I SAW. .0669 MY RATE AND NOW SEE RATE AT .0649. LOOKS LIKE I SIGN UP TOO EARLY.

Is there a monthly service fee, and don't you mean .0649 instead of 6.49 per kwh as stated on your main page ?

Hi, thank you for sending us your question! There is a monthly base charge of $4.95 for every rate. On our site the rates are currently shown in the 6.49 cents/kWh format.
