Apparently you get charged if you don’t use a certain amount of electricity. Who would’ve thought, people are always trying to get over on things that they know we can’t go without.

Hi, is the $0.0115 (or any other rate) including all charged? I estimate my monthly usage to be less then 500 Kwh per month.

The average price shown, for 11.5 cents/kwh, is the average price based on 2,000/kwh used per month. This is the price per kwh that would include our charges and the recurring charges from your Utility company, which is CenterPoint. You could see more detailed breakdowns of this rate by selecting the EFL or Electricity Facts Label on this page. Thanks! - Kate

Under the12 month plan. I used 2145 kwh last month. What could I expect my bill to be under this plan?

how much is it a kWh after 2,000 last month we used 2875 our bill was $400.88

If you use less than 2,000 kWh the average rate could be higher and if utilizing more you may see the average price per kilowatt decrease since you are utilizing more energy. Is there an additional fee or deposit when starting a new account?

After the lock plan for a year, does the plan go back to regular charges without notice?
