Ontario Customer Letters - Fiona and David

To whom it may concern,

We just wanted to drop a note about the service we received when purchasing our Trane Furnace and Air Conditioner. We awoke on a freezing morning in December to no heat and called a local furnace company. The salesman came right away but only to inform us that they could not install for several days and that we should just have a fire for warmth, as if that would keep our 2400 sq. ft home warm. So we called Direct Energy and Tony Casarin came out right away bringing with him heaters for us to borrow and an installation for the next day. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made us completely at ease with our purchase.

The following day Dave came to do the installation and again we were so pleased with the courteous service from beginning to end. Today we had Tony back again to purchase our new Air Conditioner and a Humidifier and just thought you should know we are repeat customers strictly because of Tony and Dave's great service and we will recommend Direct Energy to all our family and friends.
