I recently bought the plumber's insurance through Direct Energy and I am so very pleased and impressed with the service I have received!
I called a few days ago to take advantage of the plumbing service (to unclog a drain in my sink) and I spoke with a very pleasant and efficient customer service representative. I was able to get an evening appointment for just a few days later. I also received email reminders that a plumber would be visiting my home to take care of the problem.
The day of my appointment, Alan, the plumber, called me in advance to let me know he would be arriving shortly. Alan was very professional, personable and friendly. He quickly resolved the drainage issue and also changed the faucet in my bathtub because I mentioned the tab on it was stuck. I had not called in advance to notify Direct Energy of this matter, but Alan placed the work order himself and immediately fixed everything for me!
It was especially surprising to see how much money I saved when Alan showed me what the cost would have been had I not had the insurance. He also gave me a direct line to contact plumbing and drains services for future use. Wonderful customer service!
I really cannot tell you how great this service is! Being the sole homeowner, it gets very difficult to maintain a home and deal with all the little things that could and do go wrong. Thanks so much to Alan and Direct Energy!
