Scheduled maintenance will be performed on MyAccount on April 11th from approximately 12:00am, to 6:00am CST. Although you will be able to access MyAccount during this period, you will not be able to make payments. Normal payment processing will resume after the maintenance window.

You can find your account number at the top of your bill, regardless of whether you get your bill in the mail or through your Online Account Manager.
If you receive your electricity bill at the end of 30 day billing period, then you are most likely on a postpaid plan.
Your payment may take up to 2 hours to be posted to your account and accurately displayed within your Online Account Manager.
Your monthly bill includes charges for generating electricity, your energy use per kWh, the distribution of electricity to your home or place of business and all applicable taxes such as federal, state and local. Monthly bills can include nonrecurring charges or charges allowed by the rules of the PUCT.
