How do I know if I am eligible to receive a WeMo® Insight Switch?

You are eligible to receive a WeMo® Insight Switch when you sign up for an eligible energy plan or if you are a current Direct Energy customer who is already enrolled in an eligible energy plan. To receive the device, you must opt into the program by clicking a checkbox on the online order form and agreed to the terms and conditions.

The WeMo Insight Switch is a limited-time or while supplies last offer to Direct Energy customers only in the CenterPoint Energy and Oncor service areas of Texas.
