If your account receives an agency pledge, you are enrolled in an Payment Extension. A pledge will apply as a credit to the account. The agency who pledged money to your account has 45 days to send payment to us. If payment is not received within 45 days, the pledge credit will be reversed and it will be your responsibility to pay your balance to avoid possible late charges and/or disconnection/drop. (whichever is applicable)
When the pledge is paid, the account protection will end. Any remaining balance left overdue will be your responsibility to pay and you may be disconnected for this remaining balance. Please refer to information provided by the agency for the schedule of pledge payments you are set to receive.
