Qualified Referral must satisfy all Direct Energy enrollment requirements and remain a Direct Energy customer for at least 10 consecutive days.

There are no limits to how many referral rewards you can recieve! For every friend you refer who becomes our customer, you get rewarded. It's that simple. All you need is your unique Refer-a-Friend ID which can be found in your Online Account Manager.

If you referred a friend to Direct Energy: You will receive your reward after the person you referred has successfully enrolled with Direct Energy and remained a customer for 10 days.

If you were referred by your friend to Direct Energy: You're eligible for your reward after being a customer for 10 days.
