  3. Your Social Security number
  4. A payment method, including credit card, debit card or bank account
  5. Your move-in date

 

Other options may be available if you don’t have a Social Security number, such as an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN). You can also look into prepaid plans requiring no credit check.

How fast will my electricity be turned on?

Your power can be turned on within a few hours if you enroll before 6 p.m.

If you miss the cutoff, your service will typically be scheduled for the next business day. Signing up after 6 p.m. means your power can be on the following morning.
