1Free nights last from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Provisioned smart meter required. Certain eligibility requirements, fees, taxes, terms and conditions apply. A base charge of $9.95 is included in the average price for this plan, as well as other recurring charges, excluding state and local sales taxes and Miscellaneous Gross Receipts Tax Reimbursement. Please see the Electricity Facts Label for more information and other applicable fees for this plan.

2The credit is exclusive of any monthly base charge, applicable taxes and fees, or other charges. Credits for extra energy are uncapped at the monthly usage from the grid. The credit per kWh for the extra energy you send to the grid will be lower than the kWh energy rate we charge for the electricity plan. It may take up to 3 billing cycles after receiving Permission to Operate (PTO) from your utility to begin receiving credits. To receive bill credits, the customer must have solar panels at the utility service address and an active interconnection agreement with the utility (or TDSP). Customer must have a meter installed and configured by their TDSP that measures the inflow and outflow of electricity to and from their home.

3Direct Energy electricity customers who enroll in Reduce Your Use will receive a one-time $25 bill credit, which will be applied to the Direct Energy electricity account enrolled within 2 billing cycles. Offer does not apply to customers receiving smart thermostats pre-provisioned for Reduce Your Use. Not redeemable for cash; Direct Energy electricity account must be active at time of credit award to receive credit. Direct Energy reserves the right to discontinue or change this program without notice.
